These rugged stands, made of powder coated aluminium (as opposed to cheapo plastic ones) are a unique design, featuring air cushioning. This means when you pull the pin out and loosen the (easy grip) nut to lower the stand, your speaker doesn't come slamming down on yer fingers. A feature usually found on stands double the price. They also have rubber feet, so you don't have irate pub landlords moaning about how much it cost him to repair the floorboards after last time etc......and you get a free padded bag for 'em too!
