Item Description
About RichwoodRichwood are a relatively new name in the UK, but already they're making some serious waves in the industry. They're made in the far east (in the same factories as many major brands) where the materials are cheaper than chips, yet the level of quality is miles above that of any western country. For this reason, we decided to concentrate solely on selling Richwood Guitars, and also why we've never had anything but praise and astonishment at the quality of these awesome instruments. Specifications Anyway, thats enough babble....starting from the top, this 34" scale bass has a traditional shaped headstock, to which the 4 silver machineheads are attached. The gloss finished bolt-on maple neck contains a truss rod for those fine neck adjustments, and features a maple fingerboard containing 20 frets. Down to the solid alder body, we find an amazing vintage finish, onto which the 2 pickups and the bridge sit. Then there's 2 pots, 1 for volume and 1 for Tone. Looks Excellent. This is one of the most solid, well made Precision Bass copies which we've ever come across, and it looks awesome. If this had a Fender logo on the headstock, you'd happily pay anywhere between £1000 - £2000. Why bother when you can have one of these at a fraction of the cost?! Sounds Effectively recreates all the sounds you'd expect from a Precision Bass, whilst costing a fraction of the price. Sounds so close to the guitar which it is emulating that its actually quite scary! |
